To improve the standards of school counseling in Bergen County in cooperation with the State and National School Counseling Associations.

The BCSCA is a professional group of elementary, middle, and high school school counselors in Bergen County who meet regularly to discuss counseling issues, new philosophies, innovations, and trends in the field, as well as college admissions.

Guest speakers present on a variety of subjects that address common focus points to school counselors.
